When to pick Starter

  • Small team (3-10 agents).
  • Predictable call volume (under 500 min/agent/month).
  • No conversational AI nor live transcription.
  • No Salesforce SCV.
  • 1-3 simple IVR flows.

When to scale to Pro

Pick Pro if you need any of:

  • Live transcription (1,000 min/agent included).
  • AI agents (200 min/agent included).
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integration.
  • 20+ queues.
  • 5+ SIP trunks (multi-carrier failover).
  • 180-day recording retention.
  • Contractual 99.9% SLA (with breach credits).

When to scale to Enterprise

Jump to Enterprise if you need any of:

  • Dedicated instance (own cluster).
  • SAML/OIDC SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
  • Custom data residency (e.g. US-only, Frankfurt-only).
  • 7-year audit retention (typical regulated sectors).
  • 99.95% SLA with 24×7.
  • Unlimited AI minutes.
  • PCI-DSS for phone payment integration.
  • Dedicated Customer Success Manager.
